FORT DRUM — Rep. John R. Murtha, D-Pa., has postponed his visit to the post because of weather considerations, said his press secretary, Matthew S. Mazonkey. He said the congressman plans to reschedule his trip.

Mr. Murtha, chairman of the House defense spending panel, was to speak with officials about the care of disabled soldiers and those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
