Michael S. Solar, 36, Oswego, formerly of Watertown

Michael S. Solar, 36, Oswego, formerly of Watertown, died Tuesday morning at Oswego Hospital, where he had been a patient for a day. He had been ill for a long time with recurring brain tumors.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Life Church of the Nazarene, 535 Thompson Blvd. Burial will be at a later date in Adams State Road Cemetery (Honeyville Cemetery), Adams Center.

Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Cummings Funeral Service, 214 Sterling St.
