Fraser completes job for Harrisville in ninth inning
TRIUMPH OVER CLIFTON-FINE: Bases-loaded single with two outs brings home winning run; Getman adds homer for Pirates in NAC West game

HARRISVILLE — Adrian Fraser hit a bases-loaded single with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning to drive in Lucas Getman's winning run, and Harrisville earned a 6-5 Northern Athletic Conference West Division victory over visiting Clifton-Fine on Friday.

Getman added two hits, including a home run, for the Pirates (4-2).

Justin Jones supplied two hits, including a home run, for the Eagles (2-3), while Gordan Whitney added two hits.

HEUVELTON 21, MORRISTOWN 7

Brookin Decker struck out 10 and went 2-for-4, including a double, to lead the Bulldogs (7-0, 6-0) past Morristown in a West Division game in Heuvelton.

Trevor Tyo went 4-for-4 for Heuvelton and Sean Kelly and Thomas Jacobs each added three hits for the Bulldogs.

Jeff King had two hits and drove in two runs for Morristown (0-5).

CANTON 4, MALONE 2

Ridge Thorbahn hit a two-run single in the bottom of the sixth to propel the Golden Bears past Malone (3-3, 1-3) in a Central Division game in Canton.

Mike Murray had two hits for Canton (2-2, 2-1).

LYME 8-7, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 2-1

Josh Lothrop struck out ten and gave up one hit to lead the Indians to victory in game one of a Frontier League "D" Division doubleheader. Also in the first game, Matt Putnam contributed a home run and three RBIs, while Justin Henderson went 3-for-3 with a double, a home run and two RBIs. Garrett Blank batted in two runs on two hits.

In game two, Putnam struck out six and supplied two hits, including a triple, while Zach Allen went 3-for-4. Blank went 2-for-3 with two RBIs, and Cory Drake added two hits for Lyme (4-4, 4-3).

The Panthers dropped to 0-8.

INDIAN RIVER 10, LOWVILLE 7

On Thursday, the host Warriors handed Lowville its first league loss in a crossover game at Philadelphia.

Zane Fish and Tyler Brown had two hits and three RBIs apiece for Indian River (7-4, 4-0), and Spencer Busler also drove in two runs as the Warriors took advantage of 10 Lowville walks.

Dallen Farney finished with two hits and two RBIs for the Red Raiders (8-3, 4-1), and Jeremy Gillen and Brock Roggie each contributed two hits.

INDIAN RIVER 14,

THOUSAND ISLANDS 9

In a nonleague game Thursday night at Philadelphia, Jordan Hunneyman slugged a three-run homer, and had two hits and four RBIs for Indian River. Tyler Brown was 3-for-3 with three doubles, and Sean Iles added two hits and two RBIs.

Allen Dwyer, Mike Dano and Even Bach each had two hits for the Vikings (5-3).
