Philip D. and Mary R. Fonda, Lisbon, announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie K. Fonda, to Justin T. Richards, son of Timothy A. and Kim M. Richards, Lisbon.

Miss Fonda, a 2002 Lisbon Central School graduate, received a bachelor of arts degree in English, cum laude, from Le Moyne College, Syracuse, in 2006 and is a consultant teacher at Gouverneur Central School.

Mr. Richards, also a 2002 Lisbon Central School graduate, works for the state Department of Correctional Services.

An Aug. 2 wedding is planned.
