Lassial's two-hitter lifts Lisbon to win
NAC WEST: Miller, Mehaffy help spark offense as Golden Knights take control vs. Harrisville

HARRISVILLE — Josh Lassial threw a two-hit shutout and struck out nine batters to lead Lisbon to a 7-0 win over Harrisville in a Northern Athletic Conference West Division baseball game Tuesday.

Jordan Miller and Eric Mehaffy each had three hits, and Brandon Robinson hit a two-run double in the first inning for the Golden Knights (5-1).

Harrisville fell to 4-3.

HEUVELTON 24, CLIFTON-FINE 4

Josh Dittmer went 5-for-5 with three RBIs, and Brookin Decker went 4-for-4 with three RBIs to lead the Bulldogs (8-0 overall, 7-0 league) in a West Division game in Heuvelton.

Thomas Jacobs also had four hits for Heuvelton, and Trevor Tyo hit a grand slam in the third.

Justin Jones tripled for the Eagles (2-4).

HERMON-DEKALB 12, HAMMOND 11

Tylor Amo singled and later scored on an outfield error in the bottom of the seventh to give the Demons (5-4, 5-2) a West Division win at DeKalb Junction.

Korey Besaw had two hits, including a triple, for Hermon-DeKalb. Brandon Howie homered twice, while Chris Thiverge also homered for Hammond (1-5) and struck out 14.

BRUSHTON-MOIRA 15, CHATEAUGAY 3

Brandon Young had two hits and drove in three runs to lead the Panthers (4-2, 4-0) in an East Division game in Chateaugay.

Nick Farrell had two hits for the Bulldogs (3-2).

MASSENA 10, MALONE 5

Alex Kormanyos had two hits and drove in three runs for the Red Raiders (5-2) in a Central Division win at Malone.

Nick Leffler had two hits, including a home run, and Brad Fleury added two hits for the Huskies (5-4, 1-4).

POTSDAM 22,

PARISHVILLE-HOPKINTON 10

Jerry Coleman had five hits, including a home run, to lead the Sandstoners (6-1) in a nonleague game at Potsdam. Mike Scancarello had three hits for the Sandstoners.

David Witherell and Nick Kenny homered for the Panthers (3-4).

LOWVILLE 5, BEAVER RIVER 2

Jeremy Gillen supplied two hits, drove in two runs and stole three bases as the Red Raiders prevailed in a Frontier League crossover matchup at Lowville.

Josh Jones and Geoff Marks combined to allow five hits for Lowville (11-3, 7-1).

Marcus Roggie led the Beavers (9-2, 7-2) with a pair of hits.

APW 10, SANDY CREEK 5

Mike Stanton was 3-for-4 as the Rebels overtook the Comets in a crossover game at Parish.

Jake Petit added two hits, including a double, and Nick Bullock went 2-for-3 for Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (2-8, 1-7).

Mike Elkin hit a double and a triple for Sandy Creek (5-6).

SOUTH JEFFERSON 9, SOUTH LEWIS 1

A.J. Chartrand recorded two hits and two RBIs in the Spartans' crossover victory at Adams.

Angelo Dileonardo and Joe Sabel had three hits apiece, and Ben Anaya registered a pair of RBIs for South Jefferson (5-5, 4-4).

Anthony Ripp drove in a run for the Falcons (6-7, 6-4).
