WHAT: Greater Thousand Islands Literacy Council to host children's author Coleen Murtagh Paratore.

WHEN/WHERE: May 21 at Jefferson-Lewis Board of Cooperative Educational Services building, Route 3. The author will meet young readers and sign their books beginning at 3:30 p.m. Books by Mrs. Paratore will be available for sale. The light buffet for educators will begin at 5:15 p.m. with a discussion to follow.
