HAMMOND — North Country Seed & Feed will host an informational meeting about the National Animal Identification System at noon Saturday at Hammond Central School. The system would call for all livestock to have electronic ID tags.

Speakers include state Sen. Darrel J. Aubertine, D-Cape Vincent, John Funiciello of the Empire State Family Farm Alliance and Mary-Louise Zanoni of Farm for Life.
