5 people facing charges of drinking and driving

The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Charly Quintana, 25, of 204 Wealtha Ave., Watertown, was stopped by city police at 3:15 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of State Street. He also was charged with failing to signal. Watertown police allege his blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, which exceeds the 0.08 percent threshold for DWI. He was turned over to military police.

■ Dustin D. Hall, 24, of 188 Flower Ave. E., was charged with speeding and aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties. He was stopped by Watertown police at 2:58 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Pearl Street. Police said his BAC was 0.24 percent, which exceeds the 0.18 percent threshold for aggravated DWI. He was turned over to military police.

■ Jack J. Lane III, 25, of 350 Brainard St., was stopped at 2:21 a.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Thompson Boulevard. Watertown police charged him with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right. His BAC was 0.24 percent, police said.

■ Vincent T. Enslow, 23, of 8604 Route 56, Raymondville, was charged with aggravated DWI after a traffic stop Saturday on Route 56 in the town of Norfolk. His breath test result was 0.18 percent BAC, state police said. He also was charged with having no front license plate.

■ Kyle Lewandowski, 22, Tully, was charged after being stopped by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 9:45 p.m. Saturday on West Church Street, Adams. He was additionally charged with failure to keep right, unsafe passing and failure to signal. His BAC was 0.15 percent, deputies said.
