ROCHESTER — Using good production from the top and bottom of the batting order, Rensselaer posted a 13-4 win over St. Lawrence University Sunday to claim the Liberty League baseball championship.

Leadoff batter Sean Wilkes went 3-for-5, and ninth hitter Matt Muscatiel went 4-for-5 with three RBIs for the Red Hawks (33-10), who earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.

Ryan Duff, Joel Kocan and Matt Carrigg each had two hits for the Saints (21-18).
