A teenager got drunk while she was baby-sitting a 7-year-old child at a home on Bowers Avenue early Sunday and allegedly gave alcohol to a 14-year-old girl in the home, Watertown police charged Wednesday.

Kayla M. Corp, 17, of 420 Maple Ave., is cited with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She is to appear in City Court.
