CHILDWOLD — The Childwold post office reopens today after a shutdown of more than two months because of water and sewer problems.

Approximately 30 Childwold box holders have received mail service through the Piercefield post office until repairs were made.

The Childwold office, 9716 Route 3, is open from 8:15 to 10:15 a.m. and from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Saturday hours are 8 a.m. to noon.
