LOWVILLE — People attending tonight's Lewis County Fair parade are reminded that lawn chairs, tape and other items may not be used on village streets to reserve a parking space during the day.
"These items will be removed by the village personnel," a village release said.
The village Board of Trustees has once again removed the one- and two-hour parking restrictions after 2 p.m. today. Vehicles parked in restricted spaces before 2 p.m. will be ticketed if over the designated time limit.
The annual parade, which runs along State and Bostwick streets, begins at 7 p.m.
The Lewis County Fair begins today and ends Saturday night.
