The Governor's Economic Security Cabinet will hold a town hall meeting from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Jefferson Community College.

The meeting offers an opportunity for dialogue — state agency officials will reiterate the state's commitment to improving the economic security of New Yorkers, while the public may submit written statements. Three-minute oral testimonies from the public will also be heard.

The Economic Security Cabinet comprises 20 state agencies, including the departments of Agriculture and Markets, Health, Labor, State and Taxation and Finance, the divisions of Human Rights and Veterans Affairs and others.
