TUPPER LAKE — The fifth annual Rotary All-Star North Country Football Classic ended with another tight victory, this time for the East, 28-20, Thursday.

Last year, the West prevailed, 21-20.

But the East won this year with Alec Currier doing most of the damage.

Currier finished with two touchdown catches, both for 9 yards. Quarterback Tyler Hoey threw two touchdown passes, while Keegan Muldowney also tossed a TD pass for the East.

Logan Klossner highlighted the night for the West with a 71-yard punt return. He also ran for 202 yards on 25 carries with two touchdowns.

The Rotary Club of Tupper Lake will use all the proceeds raised at the game to fund local and international community projects.
