He returned $2,000 to Ms. Brockriede on Nov. 2, but allegedly still owes her $13,000.

Christopher A. Stokes,20, of 80 Riverside Drive, Apt. 2-9, Canton, was charged with third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is accused of possessing, on Jan. 22, about 54 grams of cocaine in the village of Canton and 112 Ecstasy pills in the village of Massena.

Vincent J. Durkee,17, of 229 Old Route 11, Canton, andScott A. Wilson,18, of 46 E. Main St., Canton, were each charged with second-degree burglary.
