HENDERSON — Richard Whitten Billings, 83, Montville, Maine, formerly of Henderson, died Nov. 15 at his home, following a short illness.

Funeral services were held November 21 at the Congregational Church of Freedom, Maine. Burial is in Seal Harbor. Arrangements were with Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, Belfast, Maine.
