Drum air show was a great experience

My wife and I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the air show at Fort Drum in June for the 100-year celebration of this great military facility. This air show was the most-organized and most-exciting show of this magnitude we have ever seen. Traffic flowed smoothly in and out of the base, thanks to all the help by the military and state police.

We were most impressed when we were met by a golf cart operator who noticed that we were walking from the handicapped parking lot and offered to transport us to any place where the show was in progress. The civilian as well as the military personnel were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Our sincere appreciation to all those who made this show so successful.
