Ralph A. Monroe, 84, Norfolk

NORFOLK — The funeral for Ralph A. Monroe, 84, of 1569 County Route 38, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Church of the Visitation with the Rev. Andrew J. Amyot, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Visitation Cemetery.

Mr. Monroe died Sunday at Massena Memorial Hospital.

There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with Buck Funeral Home.
