Water service will be shut down from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday along the 400 and 500 blocks of Holcomb Street in the city of Watertown. A contractor will be replacing the water main at Holcomb and Ten Eyck streets, prompting the shutoff.

Traffic in the area will be limited and delays should be expected. Residents in the area may experience rusty water or no water during this time. The work is being done as part of the reconstruction of Ten Eyck and Sherman streets.
