Attorney, 44, found dead at his Cedar Street home

Watertown attorney Lance C. Marzano, 44, was found dead at about 7 a.m. Friday in his home at 131 Cedar St., according to Watertown police.

Dr. Samuel A. Livingstone, Jefferson County medical examiner, performed an autopsy Friday afternoon, but withheld a ruling pending completion of toxicology tests. Results usually take six to eight weeks.

Lt. Frank J. Derrigo declined to confirm reports that the death was being investigated as a possible suicide.

Mr. Marzano was born Dec. 7, 1963.
