I don't think that so many trails and back roads should have closed to all-terrain vehicles. Many of the roads that I used to ride on are now closed, and legally, you are not supposed to ride on them. What are people with ATVs supposed to do with them if they can't use them anymore?

Lots of people would come a long way to ride ATVs. This could hurt many businesses that depend on ATV tourists.
