The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Douglas A. Loucks, 33, address unknown, was stopped by state police early Sunday on Naumburg Lane, New Bremen. Troopers said he had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent. Under state law, a result of 0.08 percent BAC or more is considered proof of intoxication.

Mr. Loucks also was charged with parking on the road and having an open container of alcohol.

■ Kevin J. Lord, 22, West Main Street, Turin, was charged by Lewis County sheriff's deputies with felony aggravated DWI at 1:27 a.m. Sunday on East Road in the town of Turin. He allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent, just above the 0.18 percent state threshold for aggravated DWI. A felony charge indicates he had a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years. Mr. Lord also was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having an inadequate exhaust and failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.

He was committed to Lewis County jail, Lowville, under $1,000 bail.

■ Tami R. Copley, 44, Watertown, was arrested by state police Saturday afternoon on Kehoe Tract Road in the town of Clayton, and was charged with aggravated DWI. She tested at 0.26 percent BAC, police said. The arrest resulted from a domestic dispute, police said.

■ Ian T. McCallum, 22, Cape Vincent, was charged with felony aggravated DWI at 1:50 a.m. Sunday on Route 12E in the town of Cape Vincent. State police listed his test result as 0.19 percent. He was convicted of DWI in connection with an accident in March 2007 in Clayton, police said.

■ Rory M. Edwards, 49, of 225 Frontenac Blvd., Clayton, also faces charges of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and aggravated unlicensed operation. Jefferson County sheriff's deputies said a passenger, Shawn R. Roach, 22, was thrown from the cab of his pickup shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday when he drove off Route 12 in the town of Clayton. Mr. Roach was treated for chest pains at Samaritan Medical Center.

Following his arrest about an hour after the accident, Mr. Edwards had a breath test reading of 0.10 percent, according to the sheriff's office.

■ James I. Paquin, 21, of 64 Sycamore St., Massena, was stopped at 3:25 a.m. Sunday by village police on Water Street, Massena. He also was charged with having an open container and driving without a license. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, police said.

■ Shawn L. Hanna, 33, Washington Street, Malone, was stopped at 2:50 a.m. Sunday by Malone police. Police said he had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent.

■ Sean C. Mahler, 32, Fort Drum, was stopped by state police Saturday evening in Hastings. Troopers said he had a BAC of 0.17 percent.

■ Robert J. Clark, 21, Pink Schoolhouse Road, Theresa, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and having inadequate lights after Jefferson County sheriffs deputies halted him about 9:30 p.m. Friday on Route 411 in the town of Orleans.
