Frances Foley, 56, Ogdensburg

OGDENSBURG — The funeral for Frances Foley, 56, of 483 Center Road, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Cathedral.

Mrs. Foley died Wednesday at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. She had been ill with cancer.

Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Frary Funeral Home.

Donations may be made to St. Lawrence Valley Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; the Richard E. Winter Cancer Treatment Center, or Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.
