Elections vacancy filled in St. Lawrence County
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2008
CANTON — Jennie H. Morrill was approved Monday by the St. Lawrence County Legislature's Finance Committee as the Democratic commissioner of elections beginning Jan. 1.
She will replace Robin M. St. Andrews, who is retiring.
Ms. Morrill's father, Legislator Frederick S. Morrill, D-Hermon, abstained from the vote.
