The following cases were heard in Lewis County Court on Friday:


Joseph C. Blankenship,30, of 5434 Park Place, Apt. 3, Lowville, had his case of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance adjourned to Jan. 23. Mr. Blankenship was charged May 1 with giving 17 Klonopin pills to another man in the village of Lowville.


Kyle L. Riesel,19, of 7419 Abbey Road, Lyons Falls, had his case of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property adjourned to Friday. Mr. Riesel was charged with having a stolen credit card belonging to Michael Yancey on June 29 in the village of Lowville.
