The following are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ William J. Denslow Jr., 30, of 6823 McAlpine St., Lyons Falls, was charged Saturday by state police with felony aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely after he was stopped on Route 12 in the town of Turin. He registered a 0.21 percent blood-alcohol content, troopers said.

A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

■ David W. Lazore, 37, Akwesasne, Quebec, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, having an open container of alcohol and several traffic infractions after being stopped on East Orvis Street in the village of Massena, state police said.

He registered a 0.24 percent BAC, troopers said.

■ Danielle M. Waroway, 37, Watertown, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 1:47 a.m. Sunday on Route 3 in the town of Champion.

Her BAC was 0.20 percent, troopers said.

■ Chad M. Kraeger, 21, of 3523 Kelpytown Road, Port Leyden, was arrested by Lewis County sheriff's deputies at 2:09 a.m. Sunday.

Deputies said Mr. Kraeger stopped his car on East Road in the town of West Turin after he was speeding and failed to stop for an intersection.

He also was charged with consumption of alcohol in a vehicle, failing to stop at a stop sign, failure to signal a turn, failure to reduce speed for an intersection and crossing hazard markings.

■ Timothy B. Combs, 54, Route 178, Henderson, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Sunday by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on Shear Road in the town of Henderson, and faces charges of aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, driving at a speed not reasonable or prudent and running a stop sign. He tested at 0.23 percent BAC, according to the sheriff's office.

■ Joseph E. Flock, 27, of 991 Route 11, Gouverneur, also was charged Saturday by state police with driving without taillights after being stopped on Route 12 in the town of Martinsburg.

He registered a blood alcohol content of 0.09 percent, troopers said.

■ Thineshkumar Nagarajah, 27, Cornwall, Ontario, also was charged Sunday with moving from lane unsafely after being stopped on North Road in the town of Brasher, state police said. He registered a 0.14 percent BAC, troopers said.

■ Sean T. McCullough, 26, Fort Drum, was charged with aggravated DWI at 1:20 a.m. Sunday by state police. He was charged in the Taco Bell parking lot on Route 11 in the town of LeRay.

He registered a BAC of 0.19 percent, troopers said.

■ Kyle D. Hoose, 20, of 112 S. Orchard St., Watertown, also was charged by city police at 1:12 a.m. Sunday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and having a defective muffler.

He registered a 0.13 percent BAC, police said.

■ Shawn C. Lewis, 37, Rooseveltown, was charged Saturday by state police in Massena after being inspected by border patrol officers at the Massena port of entry. He had a BAC of 0.10 percent, according to police.

■ Dale W. Hutchins, 37, of 42 Gulf Road, Colton, was charged Saturday by state police after he got into an accident on Route 68 in Canton. He had a BAC of 0.14 percent, according to police.

■ Christiana J. Browne, 28, of 510 N. Hycliff Drive, Watertown, was arrested by state troopers at 2 a.m. Tuesday on Winslow Street in Watertown. She had a 0.17 percent BAC test result, police said.
