LOWVILLE — Two Glenfield brothers charged in connection with a string of camp burglaries last spring both were sentenced to state prison time Friday in Lewis County Court.
Patrick R. Delles,21, of 6193 Solomon Road, Glenfield, was sentenced as a second-felony offender to 31/2 years in prison and three years of post-release parole supervision on a charge of second-degree attempted burglary, to which he pleaded guilty Jan. 23. AndDerek C. Delles,18, same address, was sentenced to 11/3 to 4 years in prison on charges of fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree attempted burglary, to which he pleaded guilty Jan. 9.
The Delles brothers also are to help pay $19,475.74 in restitution, along with various court fees.
Patrick and Derek Delles — with three other suspects — were charged in connection with numerous camp burglaries in the towns of Montague, Martinsburg, Watson, Greig and Croghan. Stolen items included several all-terrain vehicles, a dirt bike, guns, a large amount of gasoline and cash.

Jerry L. Andrew,36, of 14217 Mullin St., Harrisville, was sentenced to five years in prison, five years of post-release parole supervision and $1,425 in court fees on a single count of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, to which he pleaded guilty Dec. 18.
He was charged with having sexual contact with a child less than 13 years of age between July 1 and Oct. 14 in the town of Diana.
Mr. Andrew also was certified as a sex offender, and Judge Charles C. Merrell issued an order of protection on the victim's behalf.
Jeffrey L. Stewart,24, Crestview Drive, Lowville, was sentenced, as a second-felony offender, to 31/2 to 7 years in prison and $628.10 restitution on two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, to which he pleaded guilty in February 2008. Mr. Stewart was then entered into the county's Drug Court program, but he did not successfully complete it.
Mr. Stewart was charged with possessing forged checks belonging to Yancey Combining on Nov. 13, 2007, and Lynn Bush on Nov. 23, 2007, and cashing a $65 check belonging to Ms. Bush on Nov. 27, 2007.
Tyler J. Hayes,26, Arlington, Vt., was sentenced to two years in prison, one year of post-release parole supervision, a six-month driver's license revocation, forfeiture of assets seized during his arrest and $375 in court fees on a charge of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was charged with selling LSD twice Aug. 31 and once Sept. 1 at the moe.down music festival in Turin.
John D. Hatch,20, of 40770 Texas Road, Carthage, was sentenced to six months in county jail, five years' probation and $275 restitution on a charge of third-degree grand larceny, to which he pleaded guilty Dec. 5. He was charged July 1 with taking cash from the Copenhagen Fire Department.
Joshua E. Richards,23, Altamont, pleaded guilty to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, also satisfying a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana that was lodged against him. He subsequently was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge, forfeiture of assets seized during his arrest and $200 in court fees. Mr. Richards was charged with possessing LSD on Aug. 31 at moe.down.
Jeremy W.andTammy L. Rogers,both 29, of 2924 East Road, Port Leyden, both were arraigned on charges of fifth-degree welfare fraud and pleaded guilty. Sentencing was set for April 17.
The pair was charged with receiving $1,244 in food stamp benefits to which they weren't entitled from September through November in 2007 and in January 2008.
Brandon J. Zehr,21, of 5887 Swiss Road, Castorland, withdrew a third-degree burglary plea made Dec. 19 and pleaded guilty instead to second-degree burglary.
Mr. Zehr then was allowed to enter the county Drug Court program on that charge, along with third-degree burglary, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Judge Merrell also issued temporary orders of protection on his victims' behalf.
Mr. Zehr was charged with helping to break into a residence July 5 on Long Pond Road in the town of Croghan owned by Tara L. Lyndaker and threatening Ms. Lyndaker and Ryan M. Morse with a wooden baseball bat.
He additionally was charged with breaking into a residence Aug. 22 on Deveines Road in the town of New Bremen owned by Donald LaChausse and taking medications and a handgun, and with assaulting fellow inmate Joseph J. McNally on Nov. 9 in county jail.
Nichole Laman,also known as Nichole R. Sosenko, 23, Binghamton, was arraigned on charges of second-degree bail jumping and false impersonation and pleaded innocent. Her case — also including a charge of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance — was adjourned to Friday.
She was charged with selling LSD on Aug. 31 at the moe.down festival, providing a false name to police and failing to appear Dec. 12 in County Court.
