A Depauville man pocketed more than $1,200 over the last half of 2008 by filing false claims for refunds from Stream, 146 Arsenal St., where he was employed, Watertown police allege.

McKinley J. Frazier Jr., 41, was arrested Monday on a felony charge of fourth-degree grand larceny. Watertown City Judge James C. Harberson set bail at $20,000, placing him in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.

Police said he made false entries for refunds from business accounts between July 7 and Dec. 29, and credited the money to his prepaid credit card account. The total theft was set at $1,239.23, according to police.
