12 motorists cited with DWI

The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Jody L. Houghton, 43, of 7224 Sweeney Road, Greig, was charged with aggravated DWI by Lewis County sheriff's deputies after a 9:06 p.m. stop Friday on Route 12, Turin. Deputies said Ms. Houghton had a blood alcohol content of 0.35 percent. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

Ms. Houghton also was charged with failure to keep right and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. She was arraigned in Turin Town Court and ordered held in Lewis County jail, Lowville, on $2,500 bail.

■ Timothy A. Bradley, 20, Agawam, Mass., was charged with aggravated DWI after a 1:22 a.m. stop Saturday by Watertown police in the 200 block of Arsenal Street. Mr. Bradley's blood alcohol content was allegedly 0.20 percent. He also was charged with speeding.

■ Donna M. Wagoner, 29, of 833 Superior St., was stopped by Watertown police at 4:22 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of State Street. Ms. Wagoner had a BAC of 0.16 percent, police said. She also was charged with making an unsafe lane change.

■ Ian E. Ingerson, 34, Clayton, was stopped by state police at 1:32 a.m. Saturday on Route 12 in the village of Clayton. Troopers said he had a BAC of 0.14 percent. He also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding.

■ Donovan L. Cunningham, 40, Canton, was charged by state police with felony DWI at 9:09 p.m. Friday on Gouverneur Street in the village of Canton. He also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol.

■ Christopher E. Emlaw, 33, Norfolk, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 2:10 a.m. Saturday on High Street in the town of Norfolk. His BAC was 0.18 percent, troopers said. He also was charged with driving on the shoulder of the road.

■ Chanon T. Thompson, 34, Hogansburg, was charged by state police at 1:08 a.m. Saturday on International Bridge Road in the town of Massena. He had a BAC of 0.16 percent, troopers said.

■ Amanda L. Brashaw, 30, Canton, was charged by state police at 2:22 a.m. Saturday on Route 68 in the town of Oswegatchie. Her blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, troopers said.

■ Drew J. Pitts, 22, Route 12E, Cape Vincent, was charged with aggravated DWI by Gouverneur village police at 2:32 a.m. Saturday at Mills Memorial Park. His BAC was not available.

■ Justin E. Rankin, 21, of 10412 Fifth Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was charged by state police Saturday in Ellisburg. No further information was available.

■ Lyle G. Fuller, 46, Gouverneur, was charged by state police at 3:49 a.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of Gouverneur. His BAC was 0.17 percent, troopers said.

■ Justin E. Tarbell, 33, Hogansburg, was charged by state police at 1:20 a.m. Saturday on Route 37 in the town of Massena.
