The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Joshua D. Mitchell, 22, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 445B, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right at 3:46 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of North Colorado Avenue. He allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.21 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is intoxication, while 0.18 percent is the threshold for aggravated DWI.
■ Mark B. McKenzie, 42, of 12 Lake Shore Drive, Pulaski, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 10:48 p.m. Saturday on East Avenue in the town of Sandy Creek. He allegedly had a BAC of 0.20 percent.
■ Jesus F. Ramirez, 20, of 10111 4th Armored Division Drive, Apt. 107, Fort Drum, also was charged by Watertown police with underage possession of alcohol and second-degree falsifying business records at 10:28 p.m. Saturday at 700 Huntington St.
Police said Mr. Ramirez falsely told officers he was married when providing information for a domestic incident report.
■ Christian L. Cummings, 21, of 25672 Branch Road, Watertown, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies with crossing hazard markings at 2:09 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 81 northbound in the town of Pamelia. Mr. Cummings allegedly had a BAC of 0.16 percent. He was arraigned before Pamelia Town Justice Robert H. Austin and committed to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $250 bail.
■ Linda J. Pierson, 48, Dexter, also was charged by state police with moving from a lane unsafely at 11:15 p.m. Friday on Cemetery Road in the town of Brownville.
■ Jordon M. Baker, 22, Carthage, was charged by state police at 1:40 a.m. Saturday on North Mechanic Street in Carthage.
■ Brandon J. Wheeler, 22, Williamstown, was charged by state police at 1:20 a.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of Richland.
■ Jennifer M. Reese, 21, Evans Mills, also was charged by state police with failure to obey a police officer and driving the wrong way on a one-way road at 2:38 a.m. Sunday on the Exit 48 ramp off Interstate 81 in the town of Pamelia.
■ Jason W. Hibbard, 22, Watertown, also was charged by state police with crossing hazard markings at 1:38 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 81 southbound in the town of Adams.
■ Julie A. Kiggins, 41, Harrisville, was charged by state police at 1:20 a.m. Sunday on Marshey Road in the town of Diana.
■ Chance H. Thompson, 25, Hogansburg, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 3:20 a.m. Friday on Salmon Street in Fort Covington. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent.
■ Richard W. Murphy, 24, Potsdam, was charged by Potsdam police with aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and three counts of failing to signal at 1:22 a.m. Sunday on Garden Street. He allegedly had a BAC of 0.22 percent.
■ Jarred M. Bradish, 19, Massena, was charged by Potsdam police with aggravated DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of another's license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street at 1:04 a.m. Sunday on Main Street. He allegedly had a BAC of 0.18 percent.
■ Douglas E. LaRose Jr., 27, of 107 Jefferson Avenue, Massena, was charged by Massena village police at 2:40 a.m. Saturday on Willow Street.
■ John E. Dishaw, 45, of Ogdensburg, was stopped by state police at 8:25 a.m. Saturday. His BAC was 0.08 percent, according to police. Mr. Dishaw, who is facing a felony charge because of a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years, was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.
■ Stanley I. Donaldson, 67, of 49 McKean St., Gouverneur, also was charged by Gouverneur police with failure to keep right at 2:36 a.m. Saturday on Grove Street.
