The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ David N. Gardner, 38, Sackets Harbor, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies with aggravated DWI at 12:27 a.m. Friday on County Route 62 in the town of Hounsfield. Police said his BAC was 0.21 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication; aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Charles J. Leffler, 28, of 17483 Route 11, Lot 3N, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 1:10 a.m. Friday on Eastern Boulevard. His BAC was alleged to be 0.15 percent. He also was charged with crossing hazard markings.
■ George A. Yerdon, 49, Watertown, was charged by state police at 10:28 p.m. Thursday on Old Rome State Road in the town of Watertown. He also was charged with failure to keep right. Further information was not available.
■ Kay S. Westley III, 28, of 21246 Oxford St., Carthage, is charged with aggravated DWI and having defective headlights following his arrest by Watertown police at 2:30 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Gill Street. Police said he had a breath test reading of 0.19 percent BAC.
■ Louis J. Lipzinski, 34, Calcium, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 2:30 a.m. Thursday after being halted on Route 342 in the town of LeRay. He tested at 0.18 percent BAC, police said.
■ Christopher P. Spencer, 25, Gouverneur, was charged by state police after he was injured about 1:40 a.m. Wednesday in an accident on Interstate 81 in the town of Watertown. Police said he was driving north when his car went off the road and into the median. He was treated at Samaritan Medical Center. No other charges were listed.
■ Brian J. Groman, 28, of 8355 S. Main St., Evans Mills, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Thursday on Route 342 in the town of LeRay, according to state police. His test result was listed at 0.15 percent.
