Colton man charged with driving while intoxicated

Matthew R. Clark, 23, of 293 County Route 58, Colton, was charged Thursday with aggravated driving while intoxicated and speeding when he was stopped on Route 56 in the town of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said. He registered a 0.20 percent blood alcohol content.

Aggravated DWI is charged when the blood alcohol content reaches 0.18 percent or more.
