OGDENSBURG — The property and buildings that housed the Academy at Ivy Ridge are for sale on Loopnet.com, a commercial real estate Web site, for $3.5 million.
Robert Walters, a broker for the Web site, declined to comment.
The property is advertised as 240 acres with a 200,000-square-foot building. Last week, New York Minute LLC of La Verkin, Utah, sold the property to LondAmerica Real Estate for $2,794,804, the St. Lawrence County clerk's office reported.
Attorney J. Ralph Atkin, who represents LondAmerica, also declined to comment.
In March, Ivy Ridge officials said the school would close for several months to "restructure" its operations. Officials at the school did not return phone calls.
