Glenn E. Towslee, 46, of 922 Mill St., Apt. A, faces several charges after allegedly driving an all-terrain vehicle while drunk Friday night.
Watertown police cited him at 10:41 p.m. at 933 LeRay St. with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, second-degree reckless endangerment, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating an unregistered ATV.
Police said Mr. Towslee nearly struck several people while he was driving in the 900 block of Mill Street. Police said that his license had been revoked for driving while under the influence in June 1998, and that he registered a 0.24 percent blood alcohol content. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
Mr. Towslee also was cited at 7:13 p.m. Saturday with misdemeanor forcible touching. City police said he grabbed the breast of a 17-year-old girl at his residence. She asked for a stay-away order of protection.
Also charged with DWI and related offenses:
■ Gerald E. Baker II, 37, Route 812, Harrisville, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI about 10:30 p.m. Friday. Police said Mr. Baker was stopped for failing to keep right on Route 812 in the town of Diana. He registered a BAC of 0.21 percent, troopers said.
■ Scott J. Wormwood, 28, Lowville, was cited by state police about 1:39 a.m. Saturday when he was stopped on River Street, Lowville. His BAC was 0.08 percent, troopers said.
■ Joshua S. King, 19, Fort Drum, was charged by state police around 11:33 p.m. Saturday on Number Four Road in the town of Watson. His BAC was 0.11 percent, troopers said.
■ Jermaine M. Kidd, 34, Potsdam, was charged by state police at 6:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 37 in Massena. Her BAC was 0.08 percent, police said.
■ Jeffrey J. Hutchins, 28, Canton, was charged by state police about 9:30 p.m. Saturday on Cross Street in Madrid. His BAC was not available.
■ Aaron M. Stiles, 28, Canton, was charged by state police at 9 p.m. Saturday on Cross Street in Madrid. His BAC was 0.08 percent, according to police.
