The owner of WWNY-TV7 has filed action against DealMaker Auto Group LLC over what it says is an unpaid advertising debt.

United Communications Corp., 120 Arcade St., filed a state Supreme Court suit Tuesday at the Jefferson County clerk's office in an attempt to collect $81,367 from DealMaker, 137 Main Ave.

The action claims United Communications provided services to DealMaker between March 30, 2008, and July 27 without receiving payment. The company is represented in its claim by Watertown attorney Matthew R. Dunn.
