2 accused of driving while intoxicated

The following are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Travis D. Wright, 28, Waddington, was charged with aggravated DWI by state police at 3:08 a.m. Wednesday on Route 56 in the town of Louisville. He also faces charges of having inadequate lights and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle.

His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent, police said. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

■ Kyle G. Bradley, 22, of 14386 County Route 75, Adams, was arrested by Watertown police at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of North Meadow Street on charges of driving while intoxicated and running a red flashing light.

Police said he had a breath test result of 0.13 percent BAC.
