The following people were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Jessy J. Robinson, 27, Fort Covington, was charged by state police at 6:21 a.m. Saturday on Cushman Road in the town of Fort Covington. He also was ticketed with failing to notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident and speeding. His blood alcohol content was not available, but state law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.
■ Richard D. Fadden, 52, Potsdam, was charged by state police at 7:32 p.m. Saturday on County Route 35 in the town of Potsdam after his vehicle went off the road and hit a mailbox, troopers said. He refused a Breathalyzer test, troopers said.
■ John L. Hubbard, 44, South Colton, was charged by state police at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Route 56 in the town of Pierrepont. His BAC was not available.
■ Jessica N. Hull, 20, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police at 1:45 a.m. Sunday on Route 812 in the town of Oswegatchie. Her BAC was not available.
■ Kevin L. Terrance, 52, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police at 2:55 a.m. Sunday on Route 37 in the city of Ogdensburg. His BAC was not available.
■ Christopher J. Bartlett Sr., 39, of 240 Moulton St., was stopped by Watertown police about 5:20 p.m. Saturday at 840 Bradley St. He also was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in motor a vehicle and not wearing a seat belt. Police said he had a metal grinder with green residue that tested positive for marijuana.
■ Kenneth L. Kizzer, 17, of 703 Brown St., Dexter, also was charged by Watertown police at 3:15 a.m. Saturday with making an unsafe lane change in Public Square. His BAC registered at 0.13 percent, police said.
■ Philip J. Lee, 23, Carthage, was charged at 12:21 a.m. Sunday by state police on West Main Street in the town of Hounsfield. He registered a 0.11 percent BAC, troopers said.
■ Richard J. Caplicki, 21, Calcium, was charged at 2:28 a.m. Sunday by state police on Mill Street in the town of Watertown. He had a BAC of 0.09 percent, troopers said.
■ Matthew S. Tibbetts, 23, Denmark, Maine, was charged at 3:40 a.m. Sunday by state police on Route 11 in the town of LeRay. He had a BAC of 0.10 percent, troopers said.
