Massena teen accused of having sex with minor

MASSENA — A 19-year-old teen is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl at his home June 9 and taking pictures of her nude.
Justin M. Mendies, 104 Stoughton Ave., was charged Tuesday with felony third-degree rape and misdemeanor child endangerment, court records show. He was arraigned in Village Court before Justice James T. Crandall and released to probation supervision.
Mr. Mendies has no prior criminal history.
