The following face charges of driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Matthew T. Vant, 20, of 653 Route 11C, Winthrop, also was charged Wednesday by St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies with unlawful possession of marijuana and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident on Buckton Road in the town of Stockholm.
Deputies said Mr. Vant's vehicle went off the road into a private yard, where it struck a basketball pole. He was located a short time later.
Mr. Vant's blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent, deputies said. The state threshold for DWI is 0.08 percent BAC.
■ Sylvester A. Clark, 21, Augusta, Ga., was sent under $500 bail to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, by town of Watertown Justice Andrew N. Capone following his arrest at 1:35 a.m. Thursday by state police on outer Arsenal Street.
Troopers also charged him with obstructing governmental administration, consuming an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and refusing to submit to a breath test. Police alleged he failed to comply with a trooper's orders and shoved and kicked the trooper.
■ Willie L. Lewis Jr., 44, Syracuse, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies around 6 p.m. Friday with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving at a speed not reasonable or prudent. Deputies said he was stopped while driving southeast on Route 12 in the town of Clayton for going 79 mph in a 55-mph zone. Mr. Lewis failed a field test and admitted he did not have a valid driver's license because of a prior DWI conviction in Syracuse in March 2007.
■ Richard C. Harris, 34, of 12 Romeo Ave., Massena, was charged Friday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, child endangerment, having no driver's license and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle when stopped in Springs Park, Massena village police said. His blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent, police said. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more. A 3-year-old girl was in the car when it was stopped, police said.
■ Jaime A. Camacho, 25, Carthage, also is cited with failure to keep right after being involved in a two-vehicle property-damage accident about 10:30 p.m. Thursday on Route 3 in Great Bend, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. No blood test result was listed for him. He was released on $1,000 bail, set by Rutland Town Justice Thomas E. Eddy.
■ Daniel C. Lopez, 28, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown city police at 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of State Street, where he initially was cited with speeding at 47 mph in a 30-mph speed zone and failure to signal a turn. He tested at 0.16 percent BAC, police said.
■ David E. Perrett, 73, Oswego, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday following an accident on Middle Road in the town of Brownville, where his pickup overturned. He also was cited with driving at a speed not reasonable or prudent.
■ Jon-Claud C. Culbertson, 23, of 35873 County Route 194, Antwerp, initially was cited with stopping on the pavement after state troopers came upon his vehicle about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Sandy Hollow Road in the town of Philadelphia. His breath test result was 0.14 percent BAC, police said.
■ Paul T. Sheppard, 54, Swanton, Vt., also was charged Wednesday with speeding when stopped on Maple Street, Potsdam police said. He registered a 0.15 percent BAC, police said.
■ Richard M. Flament, 36, Adams, was also charged by state police with crossing road hazard markings at 10:45 p.m. Friday on Route 178 in Adams. Mr. Flament registered a BAC of 0.08 percent, troopers said.
■ Bradley S. Heine, 21, of 1815 Olmsted Drive, Apt. 211-C, Watertown, was arrested by state police at 1:50 a.m. Friday on Olmsted Drive. He tested at 0.10 percent BAC, police said.
Charged with boating while intoxicated:
■ Aaron C. Buckley, 41, of 517 Kiah St., Ogdensburg, was charged Tuesday by state park police. He was stopped on the St. Lawrence River in Ogdensburg and registered a 0.08 percent BAC, state park police said.
Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Mark G. Maitland, 19, of 2748 Route 458, St. Regis Falls, was charged Wednesday and was given two traffic tickets following a one-car accident on Route 458 in Hopkinton, state police said. Mr. Maitland's car went off the road and overturned. A passenger, Elizabeth Tower, St. Regis Falls, suffered a cut on her nose and complained of pain in her ankle and neck.
