ADAMS — The graveside service for Frenesi I. "Aunt Fran" Lyman, 67, of 56 N. Park Street, Adams, will be Wednesday at noon at Riverside Cemetery in Cape Vincent. There will be no calling hours. Mrs. Lyman died at her home on Sunday.
She was born October 21, 1941 in Watertown to Francis and Evelyn Roshia Albro. She graduated from Watertown High School. Her marriage to Frederick McCormick ended in divorce and she later married Robert Lyman. She worked in housekeeping at the Samaritan Keep Home. She will be fondly remembered by her many customers, at the Snug Harbor Restaurant in Cape Vincent, where she worked as a waitress until she retired for health reasons in 2008. She enjoyed baking, plastic canvasing, collecting apple ornaments, reading, playing cards and being with her grandchildren.
Donations can be made in her name to Hospice of Jefferson County. Surviving are her two son's and daughter in laws Patrick and Chasity McCormick of Kings Mountain, NC and Michael and Jessica McCormick of Adams, NY a brother and sister in law Edward and Teresa Albro of Cape Vincent, and a sister and brother in law, Jacqueline and Tyler Molhzan of Big Timber, Montana, 7 grandchildren, 4 nephews, 1 niece, and 1 great grand nephew.
A brother, Gary Albro died before her. Arrangements are with TLC Funeral Home.
