John E. Lynch, 87, Moncks Corner, S.C., formerly of Canton

CANTON — John Edward Lynch, 87, of Moncks Corner, SC, formerly of 51 Riverside Drive, Canton, NY passed away on June 22, 2009, at his daughter Valerie’s residence where he had been living since July 2008. John had been in the care of Solaris hospice, since the early part of 2009, he had been battling squamous cell cancer since 2000.

There will be a private family interment at a later date in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Canton, NY. John will be buried beside his mother. Arrangements by Dial-Murray Funeral Home, Moncks Corner. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Solaris Hospice, 3751 S. Live Oak Drive Ste. E, Moncks Corner, SC 29461 or to the Canton Goldenaires Barbershop Chorus, 4 East Drive, Canton, NY 13617.
