Francis E. Martin

Francis E. Martin, Jr. 68, of 19744 Co. Route 62, Watertown, died at the Samaritan Medical Center on June 22. There will be a graveside service only on Friday at noon at Brookside Cemetery.

He was born September 30, 1940 in Watertown, NY to Francis E. and Ruby Bell Lawrence Martin, Sr. He served in the US Air Force from 1963-67. Mr. Martin worked as a clerk for Ring's Variety Store in Adams, Bull Brothers Gas Station in Watertown, and did maintenance work for Friendly's Restaurant until he retired for health reasons. Donations can be made in his name to the Jefferson County SPCA or Hospice of Jefferson County.

He is survived by his sisters and brother in laws: Joyce Albro of Watertown, Rosemary and Matt Dettling of Park Hills, Missouri, Lynda and Paul Brown of Carthage, Cheryl and Chester Britton of Lowville, NY, Caryl Martin of Watertown, Debra and Rodney Borwn of Pulaski, and Ralph and Gloria Zehr of Watertown.

He is also survived by several neices and nephews. Arrangements are with TLC Funeral Home, Inc.
