The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Sylvester A. Clark, 21, of 1261 Coffeen St., Apt. 7, Watertown, was also charged by state police with second-degree obstructing governmental justice and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle at 2:10 a.m. Saturday at East Main and Bridge streets in Watertown.

He allegedly refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test and did not comply with police.

Mr. Clark was arraigned before Pamelia Town Justice Richard C. Baker and committed to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $10,000 bail.

■ Douglas S. Quintin, 62, Evans Mills, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep right at 9:39 p.m. Saturday on Route 3 in the town of LeRay. His blood alcohol content was not provided, but a charge of aggravated DWI requires a BAC of at least 0.18 percent.

■ Dustin M. Lauzon, 23, of Fort Covington, was charged by Malone village police with aggravated DWI at 2:45 a.m. Saturday on Pearl Street. He was also charged with failure to keep right, unlawful possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal mischief for damaging police property, according to police. His BAC was unavailable.
