Teen cited with DWI in stolen car

The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Robert L. Fisher, 17, of 20 Franklin St., Malone, was also charged by state police with third-degree grand larceny, speeding, driving without a license, no seat belt, moving from lane unsafely and reckless driving.

Mr. Fisher allegedly stole a car, lost control of it on Route 37 in the town of Malone and crashed into a sign. No other information was available.

■ Bell S. Dixon, 43, of 6 Beaman Road, Gouverneur, was also charged by state police with having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, having an inadequate brake light and failure to keep right at 9:09 p.m. Saturday on Island Branch Road in Fowler. Her blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent, according to police.

Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication.

■ David M. Weaver, 50, of 6 Grove St., Potsdam, was charged by state police after being stopped Saturday night on South Main Street in Massena. No other information was available.

■ Cheyenne S. Jacobs, 24, of 200 Cook Road, Hogansburg, was charged by state police at 3:35 a.m. Saturday.

Ms. Jacobs was stopped on Route 37 in Massena and found to have a BAC of 0.12 percent, according to police.

■ Matthew R. Pickert, 28, Gouverneur, was charged by state police at 12:32 a.m. Sunday on Route 26 in the town of Alexandria. His BAC was unavailable.

■ Courtney M. Mayer, 26, Oriskany, was charged by state police at 4:26 a.m. Sunday on Route 12 in the town of Clayton. No other information was available.

One person was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

■ Bruce A. Lee, 50, of 18284 Route 12E, Dexter, was charged Sunday by state park police. He was arraigned before Alexandria Town Justice Lewis H. Perry Jr. and committed to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $1,500 bail.

No further information was provided.
