Alivia J. Burkhard

The funeral service for Alivia Jean Burkhard, infant daughter of Sarah Adams and Larry Burkhard will be private. Internment will be in North Watertown Cemetery.

Alivia was born at Samaritan Medical Center on June 23, 2009 and died June 25th at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse.

Donations can be made in her name to the Crouse Hospital Foundation, Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit, 736 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13210

Surviving besides her parents of Watertown, are: the maternal grandparents - Daniel and Nanette Adams of Watertown, the maternal great grandparents - Dick Murphy of Watertown and Sally Murphy of Brownville, and Edward and JoAnn Adams of Watertown, the paternal grandmother, Linda Waring of Adams Center, and the paternal great grandmother, Irene Fuller of Sandy Creek.

Also surviving are two uncles, Ryan Adams of Watertown, and Michael Waring of Adams Center, and 1 aunt, Mrs. Michele Hale of Watertown.
