The following people face driving while intoxicated and associated charges:
■ Jessica M. Gould, 25, Surprise, Ariz., was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 12:44 a.m. Thursday following a one-vehicle accident on Route 37 in the town of Pamelia.
Police said her vehicle veered off the road, traveled down an embankment and struck a utility pole. The pole broke, causing a live power line to fall to the ground. Ms. Gould was taken to Samaritan Medical Center complaining of leg pain.
Her blood alcohol content is pending lab results, police said. She also was charged with speeding and failure to keep right.
■ Johnathon R. Ray, 22, of 435 S. Hycliff Drive, Apt. 602B, was charged by Watertown police at 1:31 a.m. Thursday after his vehicle allegedly struck a parked car in the 400 block of Holcomb Street.
Police said his BAC was 0.13 percent, which is above the state's minimum level of 0.08 percent to be considered intoxicated. He also was charged with failure to keep right.
■ Anthony R. Otero, 28, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 114, was charged by Watertown police at 12:23 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Coffeen Street after his vehicle was halted for allegedly speeding, with which he was also charged, police said. His BAC was alleged to be 0.14 percent.
■ David R. Williams, 31, Mannsville, was charged by state police about 2 a.m. Thursday on Route 11 in the town of Adams. He also was cited with having an inadequate license plate lamp. His BAC was unavailable.
■ Donald T. Tulip, 56, of 521 Morris St., Ogdensburg, was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to stay in designated lane and having an open container of alcohol in the car when he was stopped on Route 37 in Waddington, state police said. He registered a 0.22 percent blood alcohol content; the state threshold for aggravated DWI is 0.18 percent.
