POTSDAM — Mr. Donald M. Rice, age 73 of Potsdam, NY passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at the St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in Ogdensburg, NY where he had been a resident since July 31, 2007. Mr. Rice was a former resident of Buffalo, New York. Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Home in Potsdam, NY.
