Here’s some new or changing businesses:

Mary Ellen Moglia has reopened a chocolate business as part of Make & Take Gourmet, which is in the Stateway Plaza, at 1222 Arsenal St., Watertown. The Chocolate Cottage Gourmet will offer chocolates, cookies, gelato, desserts and scones.

Mary Ellen Moglia was one part of the duo that opened the Chocolate Cottage on Coffeen Street in January 2008 and closed in February. During the summer, the chocolate retailer is offering $1 scoops of gelato. The Chocolate Cottage Gourmet has extended hours beyond Make & Take: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. The phone number is 788-2739.

Kirk S. Gilchrist is planning to open an antique store in the former New Life Christian Church in Depauville. The site is the old stone church at 32487 Route 12, on the corner with School Street. The plan was discussed at the county Planning Board’s meeting yesterday and was sent back to Clayton’s Planning Board for approval.
