Drum's Dental Activity will have new commander

FORT DRUM — The Dental Activity here has a new commander.

Col. Bonita L. Pruitt will be replaced by Col. Roger S. Fiedler during a ceremony Tuesday morning. Col. Pruitt took command of the Dental Activity in June 2006 and will move to Fort Campbell, Ky., and serve as a pedodontist and dental consultant. Col. Fiedler is coming from Landstuhl, Germany, where he was the Dental Activity commander. He commanded there for three years and deployed once to Iraq in 2003.
