6 north country motorists charged with driving while drunk

The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Angela L. Grimshaw, 33, of 3831 County Route 87, Mannsville, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 3:20 a.m. Friday on Interstate 81 in the town of Adams. Police said her vehicle was disabled on the side of the highway when they came upon it.

Police said her blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.

■ Henry D. Fleming, 34, Watertown, was charged by state police at 5:40 p.m. Thursday following a one-vehicle accident on Ridge Road in the town of Henderson. His BAC was not provided. He also was charged with moving unsafely from a lane and speeding.

■ Cody L. Chester, 25, St. Regis Falls, was charged by state police at 4:34 a.m. Sunday on Route 11B in the town of Malone. He also was charged with failure to keep right. His BAC was 0.16 percent, troopers said.

■ Kyle W. Bourcy, 22, Dexter, was charged by state police at 4:23 a.m. Friday on Route 12E in the town of Lyme. His BAC was not available.

■ Bryon J. Dibble, 27, Malone, was charged by state police Thursday with aggravated DWI on Catherine Street in the village of Malone. Aggravated DWI requires a minimum blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication. Mr. Dibble's BAC was 0.24 percent, troopers said.

He also was charged with making an improper turn and failing to notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change. He was arraigned in Malone Village Court and ordered held in Franklin County jail, Malone, on $500 bail.

■ Patricia A. Rutledge, 40, Malone, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI as a felony and DWI as a felony at 1:10 a.m. Friday on Cassidy Road in the town of Chateaugay. Her BAC was 0.18 percent, troopers said. She also was charged with failure to keep right.
